Are you curious about how to more easily release tension in your body and alleviate emotional/mental stress? In this two hour self myofascial release workshop, we will learn to use a tennis ball and a yoga block to help you feel better. By targeting connective tissue and using compression/decompression, we work to relax tight muscles and create more ease in your body while also increasing blood circulation and improving digestion. There will be a 15 minute yoga nidra meditation at the end. You will leave feeling relaxed as if you just had a wonderful massage!
